“I highly recommend this company to take photos at your wedding! We loved our photographer Percy. He was incredible, and so helpful. He came with several cameras and valued all of our ideas, and when we became stumped he offered ideas for us to try as well. He was very professional, kind, caring, and always on top of the game taking photos. Towards the end of our night he started to put the camera away and brought it back out to catch a few final moments. He was on top of responding to all questions before, during, and after. He took photos of me and my husband before the ceremony and got some wonderful shots (it was a 95 outside wedding so this was much appreciated because we all had some sweat on our faces). But before we got Percy and our booking process with eivans it was super simple, and just an overall great experience.”

The virtual meeting with DJ Jeff went smoothly, and the shared Google Doc that Second Song provided to track the event details was intuitive and easy to use. Rob and his team helped us make custom cuts of our ceremony music at no additional cost. We also booked our uplights through their team, and they were beautiful. Not only could you select the color, but the lights could also be programmed to cycle through colors for more of a party vibe. I could not recommend DJ Jeff Collins more highly. He was professional and on time, and most importantly, had incredible energy. He hit all of our requests for the evening, both for the dinner portion of the night and the dance party afterwards. He worked seamlessly with our planner and made all of the right announcements at the right time, and a large part of the evening's success was due to his energy and enthusiasm. We worked with The Hook Club on an ambitious two-day wedding, which included them doing live sound for our Friday welcome party, live sound for the music at our ceremony, some deep cut requests, and our desire to not just have "another wedding band." What we got was an incredibly talented, creative, and kind group of people who were ready to make whatever we wanted happen, ready to add ideas and layers, and who then completely blew away our expectations. We're in that era of our lives where we've been to about 100 weddings in the last 10 years, and we can honestly say that no band has even come close to The Hook Club. A year later everyone is still talking about how great our band was. “From my first call with JJ Essen, I knew his team was a good fit. He was prompt, communicative, and organized. He assigned Scott as our DJ & Javier as our photobooth attendant. Scott was equally communicative & organized. He set up multiple calls throughout the process, and was super flexible with us when we had to change our venue & timeline 3 weeks before the wedding. “Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. “Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”

Blaire was our main planner, and we also worked with Hannah and Sharon along the way. All 3 ladies are so kind, knowledgeable, and overall just a pleasure to work with! With the full-service package, the team connected us with the most amazing vendors at varying price levels, which we appreciated. This saved us SO much time of having to do our own research. We also really appreciated the honest advice they gave us in terms of where to spend vs. where to save. This is the kind of insight that we would've never had on our own and was so valuable to receive from an experienced wedding planner. There were also a few times where Blaire stepped in and advocated on our behalf with some of our vendors which resulted in less stress for us and more money saved. They also worked with us to execute the vision we had in terms of design and aesthetics. Even though we had a few changes of heart with some design elements along the way, the team didn't flinch and gladly adjusted things for us. Joyfully also offers their own rental items (discount included with the full-service package), and renting most of our decor items through them also saved us a lot of time and money (can you sense a theme here?!). Fast forward to our wedding day, everything looked so beautiful and the evening went so smoothly. It was truly the happiest day of our lives! We had always heard horror stories of things going wrong on your wedding day, but for us, none of that happened & if it did, we didn't even know because Blaire and her team took care of it for us. We got so many genuine compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed our wedding and a lot of that was because of the thoughtful planning efforts of Joyfully Co.! We are truly so grateful for the Joyfully Co. team and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone searching for a wedding planner!”

“Misha is incredible! Wedding florals can be so daunting, but from our first Zoom meeting, all of my worries were gone. It was clear Misha genuinely enjoys making a personal connection with her clients. She checked in periodically and was available whenever we had questions. I knew Misha was going to create something beautiful, but beautiful is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Our wedding florals were stunning. I told Misha I wanted bright and fun, but that was really it. As a result of our conversations, I knew I could trust her vision and creativity. She blew us away! As soon as I saw them, my jaw dropped. She created 2 floral columns for the ceremony space and lined the aisle with the most magnificent florals. And when I say florals, I mean florals. Her designs are teeming with blooms! Everything down to the bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages was full of substance. She also created the most amazing couch installation for one of our lounge areas that was the backdrop for one of our favorite pictures. Every guest at our wedding made a comment about the florals being exquisite, and we could not agree more. Misha was then able to repurpose all of the florals from the ceremony space to the reception space as centerpieces for the tables and decoration for the sweetheart table. I will never get over how absolutely perfect the florals were on our wedding day. Misha has a gift, and anyone getting married should 100 percent work with her as their florist.”

“The process of using something borrowed blooms was so easy. I loved that the flowers could be reused and that I wasn't going to spend thousands of dollars on flowers that would just be thrown away! They included the return label in the box with the flowers they shipped out, which was great because we did not have a printer at our destination wedding. All of our flowers were fake because I was also worried about the heat wilting our flowers. I only rented bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and a dog collar- but I wish I had rented my centerpieces as well! Amazing experience with SBB all around!”
